i'm currently still in a state of shock over smth. hmmmmm i'm thinking whether i shld pon theology of the body just to study at home. tests coming up and i haven't touched much at all. should i or should i not? i really dun wanna have that shitty feeling when i get my results back in May or June. it's really horrible. i really dun wanna go through that again in the next 3 and 1/4 years of my uni life.
but some people are just driving me crazy. people from the youth council in st iggy's, people from NTU CSA, people from the toastmasters club.... can't they understand that i really really need to concentrate on my studies at this point in time?
i think i'm gonna drop hair soon.... due to stress.
this entry isn't too happy. hopefully in 4 years time, the next leap year, on 29th feb, it would be a happy entry.

This totally rocks!! I was on the bus and listening very closely to radio 1003 and they gave a live telecast of the President of the IOC. Before he announced the results, my heart was beating like crazy and after he announced the results, i so wanted to scream! I just kept punching my hands in the air. the person sitting beside me must be thinking that i'm a nut. then, i cried tears of joy! like totally!
My mum called immediately as well to tell me how happy she was! when i reached home, she said that she screamed like mad alone at home when the results were announced and people in neighbouring HDB blocks were screaming as well.
how i wish i could have been at the Padang cheering with 5000 over Singaporeans! What a sight and to see Singapore so united, the feeling is really heartwarming.
PM Lee said, "Today is the countdown to the results for the YOG bidding, but from now, it is the countdown towards the YOG 2010!"
What an amazing sentence! Let us start work to improve ourselves as a Nation and let the world see what a little red dot can do to change the world!! =)

A picture of the sky near touch down in Macau!
We went to a Casino called the Venetian.... couldn't take a pic in there. the security guard caught me trying to take one and asked me to delete it. and everytime i tried to enter, they would ask me for my passport to see that i am of age 18 and above.... Damn. But i caught this cute real person statue.

Many pretty flowers we saw!
Orange farm in Zhuhai. We could pick and eat the oranges along the way! =) reminds me of the time when i went to chiangrai for CIP. We could do the same thing. Anw, notice how many layers of clothes we were wearing! SUPER COLD!! 8-11 degrees.... when the wind blows, it's worse!

Since it's the chinese new year period, definitely cannot forget firecrakers! =)

Moving on to Shenzhen. The Chinese are really getting into the Olympics spirit man! chose the right time to go over there! =)
On the second last day, went to this chinese city place.... actually dun really know what's this place. But it was seriouly freezing cold! shivered like mad kind. 
Inside the Chinese City, there were many sections, but it is newly opened and most of the stuff still under construction so we just went to the Da Xia Gu, Knight's Valley.

The people there really love real people statues. But the guy damn poor thing. have to stand still in the cold for hours!
My dad became a 'terrorist' within 5 days. haha
We saw China's ex-premier Jiang Zemin!! A really blur photo cause people were pushing like mad! But boy, were we lucky!
Our hotel room, the third hotel tt we stayed in, called Days hotel. Very nice and good service! =) enjoyed the stay in all three hotels!
Went shopping on the last day! went to this place called Dong Men Bu Xing jie.
Now who said China is very backward?! they are so advanced! and their buses are nicer than singapore's one ok?!
China olympics spirit once again!But there is one thing i must day..... the chinese there not very friendly.... haha
cool me in the new sunglasses i bought in Shenzhen. guess the price.... RMB 10 which is 2 sing dollars.... dirt cheap..... haha and tt was without bargain!
My family with Radio 1003 DJ Lingzhi.... we went on her tour.... but she wasn't really the tour guide. just a participant like us.
And that concludes my trip. I have many more photos and adventures but too lazy to load. Btw, all the photos taken with a 3.2MP camera phone. quality not bad rite?!

Yesterday, was fiddling with the internet connection as it couldn't connect. Luckily now can.... phew, but yet to try it out with the wireless.... scared that it can connect.... haiz
today marks the start of lent in the catholic calender, ash tuesday (well, actually supposed to be ash wednesday but tmr CNY eve so archbishop shifted it to today). a time of fasting and reflections.... not my favourite time in the catholic calender.... but we all gotta get past this stage.
just came back from town after accompanying ying ruiness to pluck her eyebrows. quite cool.... they look nicer and more obvious. =)
went back to CJ just now. realised how much i really miss it. the toilets at the entrance just got renovated (still under construction) and the teachers have got a new lounge.... just went to CJ's website and checked out The Flame newsletter.... realised my big face was in the May 2007 edition of the newsletter, although it was quite blur.... haha so retarded. http://cjc.edu.sg/web/?page_id=45
i've been really really busy that i fell sick. now keep on coughing.... ahhhhh this is bad.... CNY is only in two days!
oh well.... i better go get some rest now to get well in time for CNY!
