Event number 1:
About a week ago, I had my Toastmasters at the CC as usual. The sessions usually ends rather late and after we pack up, the CC office is normally closed already. This time round, I kept the keys for the mini-theatre and the club sponsor told me to hand in the keys the next day, Wednesday.
One week later, two days ago, we had a meeting for a few of the members to discuss certain issues. I happily went for it and discovered that the keys were not in the office. Thinking that another member had already drawn the keys, I went up and realised that the room was locked. OMG! I had kept the keys for an entire week without realising it! I keep thnking to myself, they didn't use the room for an entire week? impossible.... I ran home and found the keys sitting happily in my bag.
Event number 2:
Today is my first day of lab for this semester. Lab coat and goggles required. Yesterday, when i reached home at 9.30p.m., I started to look for the lab coat and goggles. My lab coat was easy to find as I leave it in the cupboard. But the goggles..... I searched every nook and cranny of my house. My mum was screaming at me like mad complaining that I have too much rubbish on the table, too many bags on the chair, too many this, too many that.... And after 20 long long minutes, I realised something. Maybe I should check the pockets of my lab coat. And there it was. The goggles was sleeping happily in my lab coat pocket.

OMG!! Like what the hell..... Am i getting old or just forgetful?
Today, I really felt like dying. I'm down with the irritating sickness called flu (lasted for 3 days already). And as I said above, today is the first day of my lab. SIX SIX SIX freaking hours of lab work (yes, this is the number of hours in the lab each week). Although it is an open concept lab, that means we can come and go at anytime, the lab will close at 3.30pm and we have to finish our lab work by then.
I repeated my stupid experiment 2 times after 2 failures (not getting my crystals and adding wrong amount of reagent)!! Seriously had no time to stop at all. I didn't have lunch (my stomach was growling like mad) on top of being sick and the very nice professor confiscated my water bottle after he saw me drinking water in the lab. I pleaded with him saying I was sick but to no avail! My throat was totally dry by the end of lab. I couldn't even drink water cooler water coz i'm coughing. How good can this get??
- can't believe what i did
