Despite it being recess week, I spent most of the time out instead of on my bed sleeping.
Monday, I was having Door Wars in NTU. Go to Hilda's vlog to find out more.
Tuesday, I met up with dear Yingrui and we sang our hearts out at kbox plus I had tons of fun having a deep chat with her at TCC. We talked about almost everything under the sun and I'm glad I have her as a jiemei! =)
Wednesday was NTU and NUS NPCC Induction day. Had some fun getting to know the new potential HOs. At night, Hilda and I went for a wake, and she let me drive home! Wow, it has been quite a long time since I driven and I truly enjoyed driving home that night plus chatting with Hilda in the car! =) Driver and GPS relationship!
Thursday, I just rotted my whole morning and afternoon away and at night, we celebrated someone's birthday (sorry, cannot put her name here for some reasons). But I had fun catching up with you guys at Botak Jones and Macs and singing the alphabet song and birthday song in turns! I too laughed till my stomach almost burst.
Friday, I had lunch with Fr. Les and in the evening, had an NTU exco plus subcomm BBQ. It started out pretty well but later on, started talking about serious stuff and I was feeling super sleepy after the overdose of satays.... haha
Today, I went for the PA Humorous Speech contest. Although I didn't win, I felt really happy. Because I managed to get some really good advice from some of the more experienced Toastmasters. Thanks Byron Nifakis! I really treasure your advice, have loads to learn from you guys. And Cher Kim, thanks for your small little advice too! These advices will definitely help me in my future speeches, especially the coming one....
I was the youngest contestant there and I do have a long way to go! Feeling superb now! woohoo....
These few days, I've been itching for more kbox! OMG. Anyone free this coming friday afternoon for kbox??
