Actually not really lah. I got a day off to myself today, and I went out for lunch with Godpa. Then shopped around a little with him to help him get some groceries at Fairprice Finest.
Went to get a white t-shirt to try out another heat-transfer design for my business. (Not at Fairprice Finest but at this ulu shop)
Hilz, it's a great price, 3 for $10 if you wanna buy for your group.
What got me pissed off was my group mate, who later called and when I said I haven't tried the second time yet (I already tried the heat-transfer thing once), he said we will just go to the vendors to get the shirt printed.
Idiot, make me waste $3.50 for a t-shirt which I wouldn't use.
To tell you honestly, when I saw the sketch of the designs by our leader's friend (who is in Art, Design and Media school in NTU), I was kinda disappointed. It wasn't something I expected.
But my group leader, who's also from the ADM school, seems to like these designs a lot. I have only one conclusion: These artsy people sort of have a different frequency for we 'normalies' (normal people).
Hard to convince him that the designs are not really sellable as well....
Haiz, now I feel that this last module is a burden to me. To think that when I fly to USA in about 3 months time, I still have to contribute substantially to the group to protect my grades. I really don't know how possible it is.
When I suggested that I can sell the t-shirts when I go over there, my group leader just kept saying that it's not possible.
Wow, such encouragement huh.... =(
Sianz out. There's a meeting tomorrow at 4pm.
Think I might just explode (like I almost did to my leader on the phone just now to convince him that the designs are not sellable)...
Hopefully I don't. Got lots to settle tomorrow.
Business Plan presentation, our upcoming sales etc....
Wish me luck....
- Busyness has consumed me once again.
